ABOUT YOUR SALON AND SPA VISIT
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in at our front desk. An associate will escort you and explain everything you need to know about your spa visit.
In the spa area, we provide robes, towels, slippers and a room for your personal belongings.
Please arrive comfortably dressed. Do not bring valuables. When receiving a massage or body treatment, you will be professionally draped.
Please be sure to inform our associates if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure,
or any other medical condition that may affect spa treatment.
As a courtesy to the client following you, please be prompt for your appointment. Should
a cancellation be necessary, please call 24 hours in advance.
This is your day to relax. We kindly request children not accompany you to your spa visit.
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off cell phones and pagers,
or turn them on vibrate.
Please treat gift cards as you would treat cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
No refunds for gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
